Privacy notice
Short version: no cookies, no ad trackers, and only anonymous visitor counts. The check runs in your browser. Your data only leaves it when you book a call, sign up for emails or a workshop, or write to me.

This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Visiting this website
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, doesn’t store your IP address and doesn’t follow you across sites; I only see totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types. I don’t use cookies or advertising trackers. Legal basis under the GDPR: legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding how it is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The 2-minute check
The check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers aren’t stored or sent anywhere. If you arrived through a tagged link (for example from a LinkedIn post), your browser remembers that tag for the current tab only and adds it to the booking link, so I can see which channel a booking came from.
Follow-up emails (MailerLite)
If you ask for the follow-up emails after the check, your email address, your result (for example “Identity”) with its suggested step, and your language are sent to MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU), which sends the emails for me. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe or ask me to, I delete your address. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Booking a call (Calendly)
Calls are booked through Calendly, LLC (USA). The details you enter there (such as your name, email and message) go to Calendly and to me, so we can meet. The booking link can carry the channel you came from and your check result, so I can prepare. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies. Legal basis: steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Workshop sign-ups (Luma)
If you sign up for a free workshop, you do so on Luma (Luma AI, Inc., USA). Luma shares your name and email with me so I can send you the link and reminders. Luma’s own privacy policy applies.
Email and LinkedIn
If you email me, I use your message only to reply. Links to LinkedIn take you to LinkedIn, where LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies.
Data outside Switzerland and the EU
Cloudflare, Calendly and Luma are based in the USA. They use safeguards recognised under Swiss and EU law, such as the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or handed over. You can object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to me. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
